Canada Book Day

Canada Book Day is an annual event celebrated on April 23rd to promote Canadian literature and encourage reading. On this day, Canadians are encouraged to celebrate their love for books and reading by participating in various activities such as reading to children, discovering new Canadian authors, or attending literary events. Canada Book Day was established in 1996 by the Canadian Parliament to recognize the importance of Canadian literature and to promote it both nationally and internationally.
