Oct 04 - Jun 22 Afterschool Program Children ages 6 to 12 may drop into the Library after school for some fun.  We will start the afternoon with a light snack the on Tuesdays through Friday we will have various activities including, Wii, Lego building, Minute to Win it, crafts special events and movies on Friday.  This is a drop in program and there is no fee charged.High Prairie Community

Create artwork to illustrate a BOOK you have read. All media, any size, BE ORIGINAL! Attach entry form to the corner on the back of your artwork. Entry forms can be picked up at the Library. Drop entry off at the Library.

Feb 08 Free Movie at the Theatre The Library will be sponsoring a FREE movie at the Park Theatre on February 8th for anyone to attend.  There will be draws at the end of the movie.  This is during Teacher's Convention.High Prairie Community

Mar 30 Gradee 5 Reading Challenge Grade 5 students from HP Elementary & St. Andrew's will read Marty Chan's new book : "Barnabas Bigfoot"  and compete in a Jeopardy/Millionaire type game  for the Reading Challenge Cup. High Prairie Community
