CREW: A Weeding Manual for Modern Libraries
Published by Texas State Library and Archives Commission, 2008. This manual explains the CREW Method (continuous process of review, evaluation and weeding) for managing your collection in both print and non-print formats. It discusses weeding print items that are MUSTIE (misleading, ugly, superseded, trivial, irrelevant, available elsewhere) and non-print items that are the WORST (worn-out, out of date, rarely used, supplied elsewhere, trivial).
