SimplyReports

SimplyReports is a web-based feature of Polaris that allows you to create and run detailed custom reports.

  • Log in to SimplyReports at http://catalogue.tracpac.ab.ca/simplyreports. 

    The username will be your Polaris username and the password will be your Polaris password. The domain is PLS. If you are unable to access SimplyReports, please contact PLS headquarters.
     
  • Download the Guide to SimplyReports to learn the basics on how to create custom reports.
     
  • Download instructions on how to run a shelf list report that will provide you with the call number, barcode, title, publication date, year-to-date circulation, last circulation date, lifetime circulation and current circulation status of a section of your collection.
